Brownfield Redevelopment of Industrial Site to Multi-Family Use
Baystone was the capital source and a joint venture partner in the acquisition and repositioning of the Residences at 401 D Street, a strategically located site in the burgeoning South Boston Seaport District. Advancing this 690-unit development required significant environmental mitigation, Boston Redevelopment Authority Large Development Review, and Development Impact Project Exactions. Once the entitlements were completed, Baystone sold its interests to AEW Capital Management.
